Aeros Standard air quality meter for CO2 and TVOC - CO2 meter with traffic light, alarm and handy app
Beschreibung
Since corona, the focus on measuring CO2 has been greater than ever, but with it, there has also been more awareness about the health of the air in buildings. With the Aeros Standard Air Quality Meter buy a CO2 meter and TVOC meter in 1. The Aeros measures the CO2 and TVOCs in your space very precisely every second. With the Aeros app you have real-time insight into your CO2 and TVOCs and you will receive an immediate notification if your CO2 or TVOCs are too high. Use the Aeros co2 meter to track down sources of pollution. With the traffic light you can see at a glance whether your air quality is in order. With this air quality meter you comply with the most recent regulations and the guidelines of the building decree 2012 and the SUVIS regulation as formulated in the manual 'Optimal ventilation in the classroom with the CO2 meter'.
This is what the Aeros Standard air quality meter measures:
- CO2
- TVOCs
- relative humidity
- temperature
The Aeros Standard CO2 meter meets the requirements for use in classrooms and is included in the register co2 meters of indoor climate technology.

What does the Aeros Standard air quality meter measure?
The Aeros Standard air quality meter measures for you:
- CO2 (ideal 400 to 800ppm)
- TVOCs (ideal below 500ppb)
- relative humidity (ideally 40-60%)
- temperature (ideally 18-24 degrees Celsius)
The Aeros Standard co2 meter is equipped with a traffic light function that gives an indication at a glance regarding the CO2 values and TVOCs. The limit values are adjustable and can be switched on and off per sensor. The air quality meter complies with the most recent regulations regarding indoor climate monitoring.
For your convenience, below you will also find what are the average ideal values for the parameters being measured:
- CO2 ideal 400 to 800ppm
- TVOCs ideally below 500ppb (but of course strongly dependent on the type of pollution)
- relative humidity ideal 40-60%
- temperature ideal 18-24 degrees Celsius

What can I do with the Aeros app?
The free Aeros app easily connects to the sensor via a unique QR code. The app offers you 24/7 insight and gives you notifications and advice when limit values are reached. You can also use the app to discover trends, view historical data, monitor equipment and predict maintenance. With the CO2 meter you also get direct insight into trends for the benefit of sustainability and energy. By hanging CO2 meters in different rooms, you can also easily compare between rooms with the app.The app processes the measurements into a health score. These limits are based on the values of the WHO (World Health Organization), but you can also adjust them yourself.
Why measure CO2?
Especially since corona, CO2 has become a benchmark for the level of ventilation. Measuring CO2 is indeed the perfect basis for regulating your ventilation. Too much CO2 leads to fatigue, headaches and loss of concentration. Enough reason to want to know if your CO2 is not too high! The ideal CO2 concentration in the air is between 400 and 800 ppm. The limit value is set at 1200 ppm. Please note, the correct CO2 value is no guarantee of safe, clean air. To achieve this, you must right air purifiers to purchase.
What is CO2?
CO2 is the abbreviation of carbon dioxide, a combustion gas that we exhale, plants emit and absorb in larger quantities and your car emits. It is a gas that occurs naturally. The CO2 content is expressed in PPM (parts per million). If CO2 is too high, it displaces the oxygen absorption in our body. The result is fatigue, headaches and loss of concentration.
Why measure TVOCs?
Harmful TVOCs can cause irritation to eyes and mucous membranes. In high concentrations, there can even be serious health consequences. Definitely good to measure. You can also use the meter to track down sources of TVOCs. This way you know exactly who the polluters are and whether you need to do something about it.
What are TVOCs?
TVOC is a collective name for hydrocarbon compounds in gaseous form. These are chemicals that occur in building materials, cleaning agents and paint. On average, a value below 500ppb is considered ideal, but of course that depends greatly on the source of the TVOCs. Some TVOCs are much more harmful than others.
