Innovative cool touch

The Habit Tap T3 switches effortlessly from hot to cold water. One moment hot water at 92 degrees Celsius comes out of the tap and the next moment cold or sparkling water comes out of the same tap without residual heat in the water or on the outside of the tap.

Filling bottles and carafes? That is no problem at all with the Habit Hot Tap. With this water tap you can fill up to 50 or 80 carafes of one liter every hour without having to worry that the last one will tap lukewarm water. You can tap hot water for tea with the same ease. 

The sustainable water tap: ECO mode saves up to 70% energy

This water tap is designed with sustainability in mind. This is best reflected in the energy-saving ECO mode. If the water cooler is not used for 2 hours or 6,5 minutes after the lights go out, the water cooler automatically goes into sleep mode. Of the 168 hours per week, the water cooler only runs during opening hours. Just imagine how much that saves you!

Sustainable choices were also made during production. For example, European components were deliberately chosen to reduce the carbon footprint of the supply chain. Recyclable components were also chosen and the production hall runs on solar energy. 

Habit Tap T3 tap water cooler: Top in hygiene

The Habit Tap T3 mains water cooler is factory-fitted with a special antibacterial coating on the front panel, tap and buttons. The coating provides long-term protection against bacteria and mould and prevents indirect contamination. Touch-free operation via your mobile phone is also possible. 

The tap system is also a fully closed, hygienic system where the water only comes into contact with air when it flows into your glass. An absolute must, especially in dirty environments.  

Optionally, you can equip the water cooler with UV disinfection at the tap point for absolute peace of mind. 

Future-proof connectivity

This water cooler is IoT-ready and has a standard Bluetooth connection as the new standard for the future. Thanks to the Bluetooth connection, you can tap water with the mobile app without having to touch the buttons on the water cooler. The Bluetooth connection can also be used for maintenance and service.

Innovative dry chill technology

Many of our water coolers use direct chill technology. The Habit Hot Tap mains water cooler uses an innovative dry chill technology. As with direct chill, the water is only cooled when it is tapped. There is therefore no stagnant water in the appliance, which reduces the risk of bacterial growth. 

The difference of dry chill is in the aluminum casing of the cooling system. Dry chill uses metal conduction of heat and cold for super fast cooling and maximum capacity.

Traditional water coolers are on 24 hours a day and are therefore also cooling when no one is on site. By choosing this energy-efficient water cooler with eco mode, you save up to 70% energy and contribute to reducing the ecological footprint. This saves on operational costs and repair costs and extends the lifespan of your water cooler.

Professional installation with connection guarantee

Our mains water coolers are professionally installed by Habitat Solutions as standard. We not only deliver the system, but also ensure that the water cooler is connected correctly, hygienically, dry, and ready for use.

For installation, a suitable 3/4" washing machine tap connection and a grounded 230V socket must be present in the immediate vicinity of the water cooler, preferably within 1,5 meters. If the distance is greater, we will supply a longer connection hose, up to a maximum of 3 meters, at no extra cost.

During the installation, we connect the water cooler to the existing facilities, check the connection for leaks and correct operation, flush the system, and fit the water connections we make with suitable couplings and, where applicable, retaining clips.

With our connection guarantee, we vouch for the connection of the water cooler carried out by us to the existing and suitable water and power supply. Modifications to water pipes, structural work, defective existing facilities, insufficient accessibility, changes by third parties, or circumstances outside the system itself are not covered by this.

The ideal water pressure is approximately 3 bar. If the water pressure exceeds 5 bar or fluctuates significantly, we recommend a pressure reducing valve. The pressure reducer we supply optionally is set to 3 bar by default. In the exceptional case that the water pressure is too low or there is water hammer, additional provisions may be necessary, such as a booster pump or expansion vessel.

For a standard installation, we assume a total installation time of a maximum of 60 minutes, including on-site setup time. If the installation takes longer due to circumstances beyond our control, we will charge the extra time separately at the applicable hourly rate, per 15-minute increment.

We recommend using this water cooler at least To be maintained once a year. It only needs to be done once a year thanks to the innovative dry chill technology. This means that there is no internal cooling tank in which water stands still. For locations with intensive use or vulnerable target groups, you can opt for an extra maintenance service. Your water cooler is cleaned and disinfected internally and externally during a maintenance service. You can also do interim maintenance yourself with a maintenance package or cooler clean spray. 

We offer two types of maintenance contracts. 

Basic maintenance contract (36 months):

• 1 x per year cleaning incl. disinfection
• 1 x per year general check
• 1 year free replacement of defective parts
• 1 year free replacement of the water cooler if it cannot be repaired

We can offer you a maintenance contract from installation or otherwise retroactively up to 6 months after installation for the stated prices per year. The prices of a maintenance contract are always exclusive the cost of replacing the water filter.
